1 - Delivery
1.1 - Delivery time
Automatic deliveries are made instantly after payment confirmation.
Manual deliveries take, on average, 10 minutes to complete, and in exceptional cases, may take up to 24 hours for high-value purchases.
1.2 - How delivery works
After payment confirmation, automatic deliveries are displayed on the purchase confirmation screen and a copy is sent to the registered email.
Manual deliveries are made through a chat, where the customer will talk to an attendant to complete the delivery.

We do not buy items from customers. Our specialty is offering high-quality products and services to our customers. 2 - Payment
2.1 - Payment security
Payment on our platform is completely secure. We use Efi bank (formerly Gerencianet), a reliable and robust solution to ensure the security of all transactions. With it, we protect your data and ensure that each step of the payment process is carried out securely and transparently, providing peace of mind for our customers.
2.2 - Payment confirmation
PIX payment is confirmed, on average, within 1 minute after the transaction.
If payment is not confirmed after this period, contact our support team.
3 - Refunds
3.1 - Regrets
As our products are sensitive digital items, including accounts, gems and other items used in electronic games, we do not offer the option of refund for regret. Unlike physical products, digital items are delivered instantly after purchase completion, making return or cancellation of the transaction impossible.
This ensures that both buyer and seller are protected, avoiding fraud or misuse of purchased products. We understand the importance of a transparent service and therefore make it clear that when purchasing any item on our platform, the customer agrees to this no-refund policy. Our priority is to ensure that all transactions occur safely and efficiently, and for this, we follow strict practices to avoid any type of problem or misunderstanding.
3.2 - Lack of customer requirements
Some products require the customer to have some minimum requirements for the product to be delivered successfully, among them we can mention: Minimum level, Specific items, Game time.
If the customer does not meet these requirements, the purchase will be canceled and the amount paid will be returned to the buyer.
Note that this is only valid for items, since accounts do not have this restriction.
3.3 - Defective product or not matching the offer
Blox Brasil provides a 7 calendar day warranty for all products sold on our platform.
The warranty is valid for product defects and is invalid in case of product misuse or regrets.
If the defect is detected, our team will provide two options: Full refund of the amount paid; Or resending of the purchased item.
It is up to the customer to choose the best option to solve the problem.
3.4 - Product with 12-hour warranty
Some products have a 12-hour warranty, where the customer must follow the instructions provided to ensure product maintenance.
These products are identified in the product description and if the customer does not follow the instructions, the warranty will be voided.
If the defect is detected, our team will offer the options mentioned in item 3.3.
3.5 - Refund time
If our team approves your refund, it will be made within 1 business day, due to the processing of our payment platform.
4 - Fraud
4.1 - Fraud prevention
To ensure the security of our customers and prevent fraud, we use advanced technologies and strict security practices in all transactions carried out on our platform.
In addition, our support team is always available to help and clarify any questions or problems related to the security of your purchases.
4.2 - Fraud blocks
If our team identifies any fraudulent activity, denial of service attack, or misuse of our platform, your access to the site will be blocked, without prejudice to other applicable legal measures.
4.3 - Chargeback
Your access to the site will also be blocked if you make an undue and fraudulent chargeback, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.
5 - Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)
5.1 - Objective
This policy aims to establish guidelines to prevent the use of Blox Brasil LTDA for illicit practices, especially money laundering and terrorist financing, protecting the integrity of the company and its customers.
5.2 - Scope
Applies to all employees, business partners, service providers and customers of Blox Brasil LTDA.
5.3 - Guidelines
Identification and verification of customer identity, when necessary; Monitoring of suspicious or unusual transactions; Reporting to competent authorities in case of suspicious activity; Training and awareness of the team about money laundering risks.
5.4 - Suspicious activities
The following are considered suspicious: Transactions with high values outside the consumption pattern; Payments made by third parties unrelated to the buyer; Activities that indicate an attempt to hide the buyer's identity.
If there are suspicions, the administrators of Blox Brasil LTDA may request additional information to verify the customer's identity and the origin of the funds used in the purchase.
Until the situation is clarified, the customer's access to the platform may be suspended.
5.5 - Monthly data submission to tax authorities
In order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Blox Brasil LTDA will send every month the data of purchases made on the platform to the competent tax authorities.
In case of any suspicious activity detected by the tax authority, Blox Brasil LTDA will cooperate with investigations and provide all necessary information.
The tax authorities notified monthly are: Federal Revenue of Brazil; State Finance Department of Bahia; Finance Department of Salvador municipality.
5.6 - Confidentiality and LGPD
All data collected for verification purposes is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and used only for the security and compliance purposes provided for in this policy.
5.7 - Revision
This policy may be updated periodically to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices for preventing money laundering.
